okay well Im currently in high school and im a sophmore. i am vice president of our martial arts club and i cant think of show to put on at our assembly. can anybody think of a good story like performance. last year we used a you got served battle but instead of dancing we did flips. and earlier this year we used a game called street fighter and we dressed up like the charactors.
Any ideas?
One of the themes I have used in the past for my demo team is the theme song for Chariots of Fire and a self-defense routine done in slow motion. Then at the end you go to a fast beat, high energy piece of music and do the routine at full speed. People really like it as it allows them to visually watch several things at the same time and see the techniques much better as they are being executed. When the full speed high energy music kicks in and they see it again they really come away with a better picture overall of what they just saw.
