I'm a male at the age of 14. I have a nearly perfect BMI. I play sports- sometimes (some seasons), do martial arts once a week, and have gym in school everyay. I don't move around much at home though :(.
I know it takes time- but what exercises do you recommend I do at home everyday or every other day.
I know I shouldn't really lift weights at my age.
I want to look better than good. SO, should I do 100 push ups ,sit ups, and squats everyday??-what should I do?
AND-at the routine you suggest-about how long (I know it takes long-But on AVERAGE for my age)- HOw long will it take to accomplish this task?
