MMA work outs.?

I own my own martial arts school and I am getting into MMA matches. I am looking for some conditioning ideas. I do alot of running, lifting, and bag work. If you have any ideas that I could do by myself, I would appriciate it.

MMA work outs.?
Being in MMA I'm sure you've heard of Andrei Arlovski, former UFC heavyweight champ. He's got a good website that lists his training routine. He must be doing something right because he has great conditioning. Here is the link for his website. Just click on the training tab. Hope it helps and goodluck to ya. http://www.arlovski.tv/start.htm
Reply:wow i cant believe arlovski doesnt do any type of strength training or cardio other than the morning run/ boxing jujitsu Report It

"If I don't have time to go out to a gym, I do it right in my back yard. Or, the last four times that I went to Japan to do the commentary for the Pride show, I do the workout in my hotel room, just to stay in shape. You can do it all by yourself as a shadow box routine, in the gym on the bag, or with a partner on the focus mitts or Thai pads."
